* You cannot purchase Speechelo PRO, World Wide or ELITE without owning STANDARD version first.
* All refunds will be processed within 7 days.
* 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only.
* Customers must contact our support department with their order information to request a refund.
* You have (60) Days from the date of the original purchase to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the (60) DAY time limit will not be processed.
* If we receive excessive or repeated refund requests from you, we reserve the right to add you to our “blacklist” to prevent future purchases of our products by you and we reserve the right to refuse your business at our sole discretion for any other reason we deem necessary. We also reserve the right to deny future refunds to you if we feel you are taking advantage of our money back guarantee.
* Checks or “e-checks” will not be accepted.
Characters Used – Fair Use Policy
Your STANDARD license can generate up to 500.000 characters per month. If you own the PRO version, the limit is 700.000 characters per month. This is a fair use and if you use more characters than these, then your account will be limited until days pass since you used all the characters.
To be able to keep Speechelo at a low price, and available for everybody, please try to stick within the limits described above. If you reach the limit, you will simply need to wait until it gets reset automatically.
Dictelo has a fair use policy of 300 minutes per month.
